History

Very light Le Mans-competing sportscar (1950 & 1951), originally with a 1.5 litre, 4-cylinder engine then with 2.3 six cylinder for 1952, in which, driven by Behra-Manzon, it led the race, before retiring with front brake failure. The performance of the 23S was its lightweight frame, coupled with a two-seater aluminium body and a perwerful (230 hp) engine.
