Autopendium :: stuff about old cars

Spent the weekend stripping the dash down, have sent the gauges off to be rebuilt. Am missing a water temp gauge as there was an American after market one in there instead.

The dash itself is pretty rusty and I might have to have a new top part made. As you can see from the photos I've taken everything apart ready to be restored. Every part has been put into freezer bags and labeled, just in case I forget where it all came from.

I dug out my recent ebay purchase, which is a correct period radio with the words 'Aston Martin' that illuminate when the radio is turned on.
