I went on a 500 mile round trip earlier this week to pick up some new running gear. All of it was rebuilt possibly as long ago as '88 and has not been run since. The engine has a fairly high spec but I'll know for sure what it all is once some paperwork arrives in the post. I'm also going to take the head off to give it a proper look over as it's sat for so long. I don't want it to get messed up the first time it fires!

Gearbox and O/D unit are also as new though I might need a couple of bits to bolt these together. The 2" SU's are not a pair unfortunatly and I'm not sure I'll use them as I may go for a 45 Weber instead.
