When we fired up the engine after the rebuild (see previous post), the IPD rocker cover was unpainted and only held in place by my fingers.

Well, now it's been painted and very nice it looks too. After looking at countless different options, I decided to go with the body colour, with clear fins.

There is a slight question mark in my mind about how the paint will cope with the heat, but it's not the end of the world if in six months down the road I have to change it (though I hope I don't
