Progress Report
Well the Lincoln made it out of the garage and onto the lowloader, but sadly not under his own steam. Ignominiously towed out by the winch.
Still he's out of hibernation now and Daryl down in Croydon has the task of getting the old fella runnng, and then sorting out the ticket ready for UK registration.
I've managed to source a wiper motor, and switch which just bolts in and wires up to the 12v wiring already installed. There's a parking (Hand) brake cable to come over from the US along with a washer bottle and some new grille teeth.
Got a Lokar speedo cable to install and won two 1941 Lincoln Continental push buttons on ebay which will replace the door handles as we progress with the customising.
Will add snaps of both Leadbelly & Smiley as soon as I next visit London and its environs to check up on progress.
