Autopendium :: stuff about old cars

I couldn't help buying a few things off eBay recently.

First off was a wonderful little 1950 Mercury Accessories booklet that lists the various add ons your could order from your Ford/Mercury dealer. For instance there is a rear windscreen wiper, luggage, spare airhose and windscreen sun visor.

The second and most recent eBay item that caught my attention was a pair of original factory Fog Lamps for the Mercury. I don't know if I'll use them yet but it might be a nice addition as I don't want Appleton Spot lights on the car.

That's about all for now, I have another trip planned to Los Angeles for the end of September so I hope to have more news on the work to date then.
