1966 Volvo Amazon 220 Estate. I don't normally give cars names, but friends at the time asked what name I was going to give the car..."names!, who names their cars I said?" Apparently people do...so she was called 'Alice' after an actress called Alice Faye.

I remember buying the car mid week and then drive to France on a Friday night for a long weekend with three female friends. I think as I bought a Green 123GT at roughly the same time, so the Estate was sold. The new owner trashed it about a week after buying it, someone jumped a red light and hit him side on, so I think the car was scrapped. Sad end to a great little car.
