1968 Volvo Amazon 123GT. Saw advertised on ebay and as it was only a 10 min drive from me, I went to look at it. I didn't need another one, but never one to pass a good car by...I bought it.

Lent it to my sister for a while and it took her some time to get used to not driving a modern car...but, she fell in love with it and was very sad when I eventually sold it.

Body work was good, but a little tatty around the edges, interior was okay (just dirty), dash was cracked but it came with a replacement dash, and it had a new carpet set which hadn't been installed.

So with a bit of elbow grease and a few weekends of work I got the car back to the condition it should have been in. Had fog lights fitted to finish it off.

Sold it to a guy in Scotland when I had to moved abroad myself. It's currently being restored by Amazon Cars.
