Painted at last!

Got a call this morning from Lance as I was on my way there to say the paintshop were going to start painting the body shell this afternoon.
Sure, enough when I got there, the Amazon was pretty much ready for painting to begin, all primered up and ready.
I'd last seen it on Monday, and since then the guys at Paintforce (Ealing, who are painting the car -- great job, fellas) had had three of them on it pretty much non-stopping, 'blocking' it so it was all ready to go.
Four hours later, after driving around west London for various bits for the Amazon and the Camaro's engine, I got back and headed over to see how they'd got on.
The results -- particularly bearing in mind that these photos were taken in the oven, before any polishing or flattening -- are pretty stunning. The colour looks great, and I love the way it goes from blue to black.
There's still the engine bay to be painted, and then the doors and boot lid need prepping and painting (prob a couple of weeks there), but Lance and Mark should be getting the Amazon back on Tuesday next week to begin refitting everything.
More photos and news as I get them.
