1961 Comet, color blue haze, 4 dr with a 144 ci ThriftPower 6 engine. In 60 and 61 the Comet was not officially a Mercury. It was origionally slated to be part of the Edsel line. But we all know what happened to them! In 62 the Comet officially became a Mercury.
