Fog or driving lights are usually sold as kits and are available at any auto accessory store such as Checker or Auto Zone. The kits will have everything you need to install them including wiring and instructions. There was a 120 series Volvo, the 123GT, that may have come from the factory with fog lights but these models are fairly rare and finding the original fog lights might be an impossible task.

Try either pepboys, auto zone or I HIGHLY sggest going to ur VOLVO dealer. Most of them support Volvos down to VOlvos made in 1959 or later.,
