Yahoo Answers :: Volvo B18 manifold with double exhaust?

Does anyone know if they ever made "single zenith carb" manifolds with a double exhaust for volvo's B18/B20 engine? It has to be zenith, not SU or stromberg. It's for a 1964 Volvo Amazon.
